With multiple projects in the works, I have to remember to simply finish one thing at a time. It’s not my ideal working conditions, yet “work” is a four letter word. It’s not always ideal, it’s work. Some days it’s more about getting something done versus having so many irons in the fire that there’s no room for other irons.

I enjoy having multiple projects. My plan is multiple streams of income, some immediate, some deferred. This has been an interesting year for me and my writing career. I’ve been able to stretch myself and my abilities. I’ve been able to grow in some aspects of my writing and work on some projects I hadn’t even conceived of prior to this year.

In my sales career, I’ve learned to fill the funnel. Work from prospect to client, no matter the number of steps but it’s impossible to get clients without multiple prospects. So as I remember the basics of finishing one thing at a time, I’ll keep filling the funnel and working towards completing tasks.

Today, Thursday, December 3, 2020, I am grateful that:

I’m getting some things accomplished. I need more irons in the fire. I need more prospects. I need more clients. Happy for the ones I have and will definitely continue to look for others.

I had a conversation with Jeremy about another opportunity to generate income. It’ll maybe manifest sometime in January but I think it’s a definite possibility.

I’ve been able to keep my options open and remain flexible. It’ll be interesting to see how things materialize in the future but I’ll keep taking action and leave the results to him.

Can you finish at least one thing today?

Finish that thing!

Be Great. Be Grateful!!!

If you feel this will help you or someone you know, please share to your timeline.
