I’ve constantly spoken of my need to build a team. I have not been able to find the right members and time waits for no man. So, it’s all on me. The work still needs to be done. Deadlines have to be met. Projects still need completing. Since I haven’t been able to find and train someone to do those things, I will have to complete those tasks.

My reputation, my brand, and most importantly, my word is at stake. I signed a contract stating I would fulfill certain obligations. Those obligations haven’t been met. I will do what needs to be done to stay true to my word. I will NOT fail!

Today, Friday, May 14, 2021, I am grateful that:

I’m willing to change. But at some point, it must be learned that I can’t delegate well. I need to do what’s needed and other tasks will fall to the wayside.

John and I had a “soft” come to Jesus meeting. I took his words to heart and things must change on my end.

I had a chance to see an old contact. We were able to visit for a few moments but then I had to return to work. Funny how small the city is once you’ve lived here for a bit.

How do you make sure you keep your word?

Are you impeccable with your word?

What corrective actions do you take when you haven’t been impeccable with your word?

Be Great. Be Grateful!!!

If you feel this will help you or someone you know, please share to your timeline.
