It’s one thing to talk about how much I trust Him, it’s quite another to put that into practice. Over the years I’ve heard the most devout of individuals speak about Him and how much they trust God and His plans for them. I’ve also seen the same people not apply their faith.
I’ve seen those individuals stay in relationships, continue in careers in which they’re miserable, and a sundry other areas, constantly speak of the faith, yet don’t move beyond the fear to possibly more positive changes. It’s usually baffling to me but I don’t move along those lines. Mine is not a blind or blanket faith, it’s more applied.
I’ve asked for guidance. I’ve received clarity in my next steps. I then move towards that objective, no matter what. I do what needs to be done. He handles results, I take action. I’ll do that again but more consistently and more tactically.
Today, Monday, December 21, 2020, I am grateful that:
I’m willing to take action. It’s not as much about writing a list today as a new prayer.
Father — Thanks for your grace. I need more help. Grant me the clarity, vigor, patience, and willingness needed to fulfill Your purpose. Guide my thoughts and actions today. Grant me an abundance of resources, human, financial, intellectual, and emotional. Grant me wisdom in my application of your gifts and accompany throughout this day — Amen.
Be Great. Be Grateful!!!
If you feel this will help you or someone you know, please share to your timeline.
